Intrabase connector for Claude

What it does

The Intrabase connector lets Claude work with the information in your Intrabase intranet while you chat. You can ask it, for example:

"What meetings and tasks do I have this week?"
"Find the email with Northwind's latest proposal and summarize it."
"Find the maintenance contract in the Drive and tell me when it expires."
"Add an opportunity in the CRM for this client." (Claude will ask you to confirm before doing it.)

Claude always acts on your behalf: it sees exactly what you see in the intranet with your profile, nothing more and nothing less.

What you need

An account in an Intrabase intranet.
The connector enabled in your intranet. It is off by default; if you see a notice saying it is not enabled when you try to connect, ask the person who manages your intranet to request it from us.
A Claude account that supports connectors (web, desktop or mobile).

How to connect it

In Claude, open Settings › Connectors and choose Add custom connector. If your organization is on a Team or Enterprise plan, the owner does this step in the organization settings. Once the connector is listed in Claude's connector directory, you will also be able to add it from there.
Name it Intrabase and use this address:

Click Connect. An Intrabase window opens: sign in with your intranet account.
Review the permissions Claude asks for. Reading is always included; creating and editing only if you leave it ticked. Approve.
Done. In the conversation, ask Claude for what you need; you will see when it uses an Intrabase tool.

Tools

These are all the tools of the connector. Claude only sees the ones for the apps you can open, and the write tools only if you allowed them when connecting.

No tool deletes anything, no tool sends email and no tool moves money. Read tools only look things up. The two write tools create or change records, and Claude asks you to confirm every time before using them.

Permissions and scope

The same as you see in the intranet. The connector has no permissions of its own: it goes through the same checks as the web interface (apps you can access, your group's permissions, the organizations you belong to, mailboxes and folders that are yours or shared with you).
What is never opened. Passwords, digital certificates, keys and tokens, and the management of users, groups and permissions. No tool reaches them.
Administrator limits. Whoever manages the intranet can restrict it further for everyone in Preferences › Claude › Connector limits for the whole intranet: exclude apps (for example, Payroll), decide whether sensitive modules can be written to (finance, hosting, mailing, payments; closed by default) and set the maximum number of calls per minute.
Content is data, not instructions. The text of emails and documents is returned to Claude marked as content, not as instructions.
Audit trail. Every call is logged (who, which tool, when and with what result). You can see your recent activity in Preferences › Claude.

How to disconnect it

From the intranet: Preferences › Claude › Active connections, Disconnect button. Access stops immediately.
From Claude: Settings › Connectors, choose Intrabase and disconnect or remove it.

If you connect again, Claude will ask for your permission again.
